last month some of my family came to california for my niece's softball tournament. it was so fun to watch her play (through my camera, at least) and visit with family! she did such a great job. and isn't she just gorgeous? i love you dani!

this is sweet, adorable maya. maya wasn't a big fan of the bunny, so we went straight for the eggs! and it's a good thing her mom is so good at getting her to smile... she was giving us a run for our money! and don't you just love that easter dress? so cute! thanks tosha!

this is the first of the last two easter mini sessions i had a couple weeks ago.... and i had so much fun with these two boys! their mom is my very talented friend emily (who you've all heard about before!). this was kind of a bittersweet session for me because they just moved to utah (you lucky utahns!) and i will miss them so much! here are my favorites from that fun morning! oh and fun fact: emily made those matching easter ties! so adorable!







they were both so cute with the bunny!



and of course they loved the candy!





but i think they both started to wonder if their brother's candy was better...



and then the sibling rivalry kicked in. :)









after all the candy was gone, i asked the boys to throw the eggs at me. (i think that was their favorite part!)





and then it was time to go...



this is my favorite shot of the day. he just picked up those baskets and went on his merry way! so cute!

business flyers | orange county photographer

i'd like to start advertising for my photography so i've created some flyers...

(you can click on them to see a bigger version)

i'm planning on getting them developed as 5x7 photos and placing them in public areas such as bulletin boards, boutiques, etc. i was also thinking of posting them on craigslist... any tips/suggestions on how to improve them are appreciated. also, any tips on ways to advertise would be great too! thanks!

i had such a fun time taking pictures of this adorable boy! unfortunately, he wasn't feeling well that day, but we still got some cute shots! his party was a farm theme so hudson's mom had that shirt made special for his first birthday. too cute! thanks candace!

mommy had to smear the cake on her face and hands because she refused to touch it! she wasn't too happy about it. :)
